  • Cecilie Croissant

    LEADERSHIP

    Cecilie is the founder of Women in Community and has a strong passion to see the female half of the body of Christ encouraged and equipped to exercise their gifts and calling. She is a speaker and author of two books and several Bible study manuals. A licensed professional counselor, Cecilie owns Path of Hope Counseling, a private practice in Owasso, Oklahoma. Over the last three decades she has ministered in over 30 countries in open air crusades, Bible Schools, and conferences. In 2018, Cecilie and her husband John were awarded honorary doctorates for their ministry work overseas. Cecilie has been a worship leader most of her life and was the director of School of Worship at Victory Bible College for 7 years. She and her beloved John have two amazing daughters and five wonderful grandchildren.

  • Paula Derby

    LEADERSHIP

    Paula has served as an associate pastor, senior pastor, worship leader and head of prayer and jail ministries. She has also served as a lay counselor for many years and is a Certified Professional Life Coach, focusing on relationships, boundaries and pre-marital coaching. She is a business owner-along with her husband, Bob-utilizing her background in bookkeeping and administration. Her greatest passion is to help people experience real transformation through teaching, lay counseling, mentoring and coaching. Paula and her husband, Bob, have been married since 1982 and have three grown daughters and seven grandchildren.

  • Betsy Williams

    LEADERSHIP

    A lifelong follower of Jesus, Betsy has always been a leader. At age 17, she received the call to ministry, then graduated from Bible college. Upon entering the workforce, she became the top-selling salesperson at a major Christian publishing house and later managed the customer service department. After leaving the publishing world, she became the owner/manager of a non-profit home office for missionaries to Europe and Asia, then re-entered Christian publishing as a freelance editor for many well-known companies. Before joining the founding team for Women in Community, she helped to establish and lead another women’s ministry with a worldwide outreach. Whether it has been through one-on-one lay counseling or teaching the Bible in formal settings, Betsy’s heart has always been to help women discover how good their heavenly Father truly is and that they can have a meaningful relationship with Him. Her approach is down to earth and practical, and she knows from experience that one word from heaven can change a person’s life forever. She is committed to helping women learn to hear God’s voice, to experience His love, and to fulfill their destiny. Betsy has been married to a wonderful godly man since 1988, and together they have two grown sons and a beautiful daughter-in-love.

  • Mary Ann Hauglid

    LEADERSHIP

    Receiving Christ at 7, Mary Ann passionately pursued the Lord, emerging from a troubled childhood. Seeking her identity in Christ, she embraced an intimate relationship over a works-based religion. Transformed through years of Bible study, two graduations, and global preaching, she mentors women, emphasizing God's redeeming love. With a diverse background in administration and church service, her mission is to impart life-changing truths to women. Healed from divorce, Mary Ann and her husband Don, married since 1994, share a family with one daughter, six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.Description goes here

  • Laura Kubilis

    LEADERSHIP

    Laura, from a family of teachers and musicians, embraced these passions. Raised in a vibrant church, she engaged in teaching and worship locally and abroad. A Bible school graduate with a worship leadership program, she served as a worship leader, teacher, and coordinator. Laura holds an education degree from Oral Roberts University, teaches music privately, and values tight-knit communities. Passionate about helping people connect with God, she focuses on practical teaching and empowering women to fulfill their purpose. Residing in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, with her husband and daughters, Laura enjoys gardening and meaningful conversations.

  • Lindsay Henderson

    TEAM MEMBER

    Lindsay is responsible for the recording and editing all of the videos that WIC produces as well as handling the audio/video at our special events. She is passionate about bringing excellence to all that she sets her hands to. Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and son, playing the flute, and playing board games.

  • Mollie Eichman

    TEAM MEMBER

    Mollie is the creator of most design elements for Women in Community. Along with helping keep the website updated for Women in Community, you may find her working on different projects as well from time to time. Mollie’s heart is to help assist ministries in growth so that they can be effective and reach many. When Mollie is not working, she enjoys being with her family and making memories.
